During Berlin Freedom Week, director Vanessa Hope and the German-Taiwanese Society offer free access to the documentary Invisible Nation, exploring Tsai Ing-wen’s presidency and her fight for Taiwan’s democracy.

Film "Lost Time. – Against the Silence" & Panel Discussion with Filmmakers and Participants Four voices from the GDR – experiences from repressive systems that left scars. They return to places of their history.

The documentary follows three women who have been tirelessly fighting for a democratic Belarus since the protests of 2020. After the screening, there will be a panel discussion with the filmmakers.

As part of the Berlin Freedom Week 2025, the Association of Tibetans in Germany and the Tibet Initiative Deutschland e.V. present the German premiere and press screening of the new film by Tibetan director Shenpenn Khymsar.
