The novel tells the story of Rivi Greenfeld, a woman in her late 30s who — due to the influence of her family and the life she was born into — faces a personal crisis. The retired editor, daughter of Holocaust survivors, is overwhelmed by the trauma passed down to her. Unable to articulate the horrors she has witnessed, her life unfolds under a diffuse sense of displacement and a pattern of dysfunctional relationships.

In a pivotal moment, as she prepares to leave her home, she is overcome by emotions that span two generations. Portraying Rivi Greenfeld is Israeli actress Daphna Rosenthal, whose performance embodies the resilience and defiance of a woman trying to find her voice in a world that no longer feels like her own.

Admission to the theater foyer and box office opens at 6:30 PM.
